Contingency Search

Fees are determined based on a percentage of your new hire's base salary. We customize our fee structure based on each individual client partner, company culture, perks of the position etc. Each customer is unique, as is each service agreement.

Retained Search

Pay a flat fee to get the ball rolling. The search is started after the 33% of the total estimated capped fee is agreed upon. A maximum fee will be established based on the total compensation package and number of estimated annual hires. Our client partners will not encounter any hidden costs or fees at the time of the invoicing.  Great system for executive search and volume hires.

Guarantees

 

Our satisfied client partners enjoy a longer guarantee period than any of our competitors. We stand by our work and back it up. We never recruit from active clients throughout the duration of our service agreement.
